The role involves managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, safety, and contract compliance, with potential to advance to other projects. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in construction or project management, are tech-savvy with Microsoft programs, and hold a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial systems.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent problem solving and strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Maintain targeted schedule compliance and safety standards.
• Ensure client contract compliance is upheld.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Maintain client communications and timely responses.
• Document performance and communicate actions with staff.
