Facilities Maintenance Management, LLC. (FMM) is seeking a Project Site Supervisor to assist in completing commercial construction projects in Alabama. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires at least 3 years in construction or project management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication with clients and subcontractors. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in construction or project management.
• Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems.
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Maintain targeted schedule compliance.
• Ensure safety and quality are a top priority.
• Ensure client contract compliance is upheld.
• Manage vendor and subcontractors during entire project life.
• Maintain communications with clients and respond promptly.
• Provide courteous, professional service to all clients and protect confidentiality.
• Document employee performance and communicate actions.
• Adhere to procedures to ensure staff efficiency.
• Organize and lead weekly safety meetings with agenda and minutes.
