Clune Construction is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Chicago, IL to support project startup, scheduling, procurement and field coordination. You’ll work with project managers and trade partners to ensure alignment among owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects.
• Background in construction trades and technical knowledge of construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preconstruction planning and budgeting activities.
• Coordinate project startup and execution planning with kickoff meetings and schedules.
• Support project financial management by tracking costs, change orders, and billing workflows.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, document distribution, logs and reporting.
