Clune Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Dallas area to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role focuses on driving budgets, schedules, procurement, risk management, and strong client engagement to deliver exceptional results.

You will mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, with 2–3 years in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and project pursuits through RFP responses and client presentations.
• Lead preconstruction efforts with budgets, value engineering, and scope definition.
• Develop and implement project execution plans from preconstruction through project completion.
• Lead subcontractor procurement including bid packages, proposals, and contracts.
• Serve as primary liaison for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners; lead meetings and communicate status, risks, and solutions.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, billings, changes, and cost control.
• Manage project documentation and controls (RFIs, submittals, reporting, contract administration).
• Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, procurement, and constructability.
