Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role with a $60,000 annual salary and a Monday–Friday schedule with varied shifts.

Travel to job sites is expected as part of project oversight, and the position includes comprehensive benefits and vacations at our exclusive employee resorts. You will assist construction activities, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and budgeting, ensuring safety and quality across sites and

• Construction background preferred.
• Ability to use office suite.
• Some travel is possible (as a PM mandatory).
• Familiar with change orders, RFI's, submittals, construction schedules, AIA billing, budgets, etc.
• Adaptable and flexible.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and traverse job sites and uneven terrain.
• Valid license.
