Actalent is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager for utility-scale renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Qualificações

• Experience coordinating day-to-day construction activities on EPC projects.
• Ability to monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Ability to document and track RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in coordinating day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
• Assist with EPC project delivery across the full lifecycle, including engineering coordination, procurement and material tracking, construction activities, commissioning, and project turnover/handover.
• Monitor and track project schedules, budgets, forecasts, billings, and job-cost reports, and support accurate and timely project controls reporting.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, procurement teams, vendors, and subcontractors to support material and equipment deliveries, subcontractor performance, and contract requirements.
• Review project-related invoices, payroll, certified payroll reports, and job-cost expenses for accuracy and proper coding, and upscale discrepancies or potential cost issues to project leadership.
• Prepare, document, and track RFIs and change orders, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained and that impacts to schedule, cost, and scope are clearly documented.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including submittals, contract clarifications, project requirements, as-built drawings, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
