Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Chicago, supporting project management services and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on-site. You will assist with submittals, RFIs, procurement, and governance while helping prepare proposals and maintain documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields and a minimum of 3 years of experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes throughout the construction.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations.
• Establish governance, processes, and systems for the project.
• Maintain data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support procurement and cost tracking activities.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, and action items.
