Job summary

United Property Restoration Services seeks an Assistant Construction Manager to support restoration projects across New England and New York. This hybrid role blends field execution, project coordination, and administrative duties, with a defined path to grow into a Construction Manager/Project Manager position.

You will travel to sites, coordinate subcontractors, track budgets and schedules, and support client reporting while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communicator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites, document progress, track deficiencies, and support field teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, selections, budget procurement, contracts, schedules, and change orders.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses with accuracy; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide status updates, action plans, maintain project files, and support client/management reporting.

We are seeking a Assistant Construction Manager to support construction operations across New England and New York. This hybrid role combines field execution, project coordination, and administrative support, with a defined path to grow into a Construction Manager/Project Manager position.

• Administrative & Financial Support: Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses while maintaining accuracy and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide status updates, action plans, maintain project files, and support client/management reporting.
