Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to assist the Construction department in achieving its goals and objectives. This role acts as Owners’ Representative on construction projects and supports project management for VVH initiatives.

Candidates should have a college degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of related project management experience, preferably in healthcare construction.

• At least 2 years’ experience in related project management or support preferred.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with team members.
• Exhibits creativity and innovation in solving problems; must be broadly focused and able to manage multiple efforts concurrently.

• Supports the relationships at all levels of construction to minimize impact on the hospital’s function of providing services 24/7/365.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Exhibits professional behavior, respect, and etiquette when collaborating with hospital and community leadership as appropriate.
• Participates in the exchange of ideas, information, and opinions to arrive at decisions and solutions.

Valley View hospital is hiring for an Assistant Construction Manager to assist the Construction department in implementing and accomplishing departmental goals, processes, and objectives!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

• Functions as Owners’ Representative in all construction projects.
• Assists the Construction department in implementing and accomplishing departmental goals, processes, and objectives.

SALARY RANGE

• $76,460.80to$112,444.80/annually
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
