Valley View hospital is hiring for an Assistant Construction Manager to assist the Construction department in implementing and accomplishing departmental goals, processes, and objectives!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

• Functions as Owners’ Representative in all construction projects.
• Assists the Construction department in implementing and accomplishing departmental goals, processes, and objectives.
• Supports project management responsibilities for VVH construction projects and manages projects as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Supports the relationships at all levels of construction to minimize impact on the hospital’s function of providing services 24/7/365.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Exhibits professional behavior, respect, and etiquette when collaborating with hospital and/or community leadership as appropriate.
• Participates in the exchange of ideas, information, and opinions to arrive at decisions and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in related project management or support preferred
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred

Skills:

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Able to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with team members
• Exhibits creativity and innovation in solving problems; must be broadly focused and able to manage multiple efforts concurrently

SALARY RANGE

• $76,460.80to$112,444.80/annually
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
