The Fox Theatre seeks an Assistant Concessions Manager to lead the concessions operation during Broadway productions, concerts, and private events. You will oversee setup, staff supervision, inventory, and cost control while delivering the venue's Five-Star hospitality standard.

This role blends hands-on floor leadership with administrative duties, coordinating with Culinary, Private Events, the Marquee Club, and Facilities to ensure efficient service, strict safety, and exceptional guest

Formación

• Three years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage operation.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing daily concessions operations across outlets.
• Coordinate setup and event preparation for each show.
• Lead staff to provide high-quality service during events.
• Troubleshoot operations to minimize disruptions and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety policies.
• Recruit, onboard, and schedule concessions staff.
