Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize customer service and sales techniques for resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audit evictions and move-outs.
• Communicate with outside legal counsel during the eviction process.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property.
