Qualifications

• 2+ years in Property Management
• 2+ years of low income housing Tax Credit compliance experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, preferably Yardi
• Ability to problem solve with staff and residents

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in daily operations
• Marketing, administration and leasing responsibilities
• Coordinate property maintenance and security
• Maintain records and reporting for community operations
• Enforce lease agreements and house policies
