Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily on-site management at Magruder Run Apartments in Hampton, VA. The role involves assisting the Community Manager with leasing, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires MS Word/Excel proficiency, familiarity with tax credit programs, and a track record of strong teamwork and customer service. Background screening and drug test are required.

• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service with strong team skills.
• Knowledge of tax credit is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain knowledge of area competition and market surveys.
• Complete weekly activity reports, all rental applications, and recording of leasing information.
• Assist Community Manager in reporting, assigning, and recording resident requests.
• Assist in renewal and retention programs for residents.
• Responsible for collection, receipting, and recording of all rents.
• Collection of delinquent rents.
• Provide reports as required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
