Wallick Communities in Springfield, OH is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations, finances, and resident relations. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $20–$24/hour and on-site duties at the Ronez Manor community in Springfield.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in residential property management or 3 years in general management with leadership and process management, plus a high school diploma (associate degree or COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM a plus) and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential property management experience; HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus.
• Or 3 years in a general manager role with strong leadership and process management.
• High School diploma; an associate degree is a plus; COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM helpful.
• Dependable with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to exceptional resident service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial duties: collect rents, process invoices, and manage supplies.
• Maintain occupancy targets and positive owner/resident relationships.
• Review rental applications and approve as appropriate.
• Complete move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections timely.
• Audit resident files and route to supervisor for review.
• Prepare reports required by government agencies and the company.
• Maintain community standards and perform related duties as assigned.
