Job summary

Valiant Residential in Texas is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who works closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth operation of the property. The role involves assisting with leasing, marketing, and resident relations while accurately recording financial data. You will support the Community Manager in daily tasks, represent the company professionally, and help maintain strong resident communications, with opportunities for growth in property management.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with residents, applicants and vendors.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in advertising materials and show units.
• Screen applicants and maintain rental data records.
• Prepare and process applications, credit checks, and leases.
• Submit applications for approval and monitor renewals.
• Maintain resident files and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist with rent collection and correct invoicing.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Operate Yardi for data entry and reporting.
