Job summary

Continental Realty Corporation in Parkville, MD is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Doncaster Village. You will assist with day-to-day operations for 616-unit multifamily community, including leasing, outreach marketing, financial management, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

This role requires leadership, and will involve coaching a team of Leasing Specialists, handling resident issues, and collaborating with the Community Manager to maintain occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• ACM or supervisory exp preferred, minimum of 3 years' property management exp required.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members to uphold strong operational standards.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks and KPI's.
• Organizational skills, strong follow up, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle resident issues.
• Available to assist with Saturday office coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining revenue, expenses and occupancy in line with budget and projections.
• Successfully manages renewals for resident retention goals.
• Monitor rent growth and turnover to support profitability.
• Completes monthly market analysis with leasing staff and helps set occupancy goals.
• Reporting on weekly traffic trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Informs Community Manager of housing violations or liability issues.
• Coaches and develops a team of 3 Leasing Specialists.
• Addresses and resolves resident issues or elevates to Community Manager.
