Job summary

Continental Realty seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Doncaster Village in Parkville, MD to assist with day-to-day operations of a 616-unit multifamily community.

You will help oversee leasing, administration, marketing outreach, and resident satisfaction while supporting the Community Manager and coaching a team of Leasing Specialists. Compensation includes hourly pay, commissions, quarterly bonuses, and live-in rent discounts where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience; ACM or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of Leasing Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining revenue, expenses, and occupancy targets.
• Manage renewals to support resident retention goals.
• Monitor rent growth and turnover for profitability.
• Complete monthly market analysis with leasing staff and set occupancy/revenue goals.
• Report weekly traffic trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Inform Community Manager of housing violations or liability issues.
• Coach and develop a team of 3 Leasing Specialists.
• Address and resolve resident issues; escalate when needed.
• Support Saturday office coverage as required.
