Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support on-site operations at Lower Hunter Trace in Louisville, KY. The role involves assisting the Community Manager with daily tasks and special projects, and coordinating leasing, maintenance, and administrative duties.

Ideal candidates have MS Word/Excel proficiency, strong customer service, and 1-2 years of Tax Credit experience. HUD experience and drug screening are a plus. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to details.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Tax Credit experience.
• Property management experience preferred.
• HUD experience is a plus.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
• Rent collection and posting.
• Actively work on collecting delinquent rent.
• Process invoices.
• Complete Move Out Inspections.
• Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.
• Entering work orders.
• Update Make Readies in Yardi.
