Job summary

Westdale is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Mesquite apartment community. The role includes leasing, processing applications, income collections, move-ins/outs, and resident relations in a 254-unit setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of on-site management experience, strong bookkeeping skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi. Weekend work is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
• Assistant Community Manager experience required.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
