Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 254-unit apartment community in Mesquite, TX. The role supports leasing efforts, resident relations, and financial reporting while maintaining high standards of service.

The candidate should have on-site property management experience and familiarity with Yardi, Excel, and Word. Flexibility to work Saturdays is required, with a weekday off.

Qualifications

• Three years of on-site property management experience.
• Assistant Community Manager experience required.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays with a weekday off.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
• Must have Assistant Community Manager experience.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Texas Driver's License.
