Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Aurora, CO 468-unit apartment community. The role supports leasing and back-office duties, with a focus on numbers and resident relations, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer service.

The position requires Yardi/CRM experience, solid bookkeeping, and the ability to work one Saturday per month. Competitive pay and benefits offered in a dynamic multi-family environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Assistant Manager experience on an apartment community.
• Yardi/CRM experience is required.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturday with an alternative day off during the week, once per month.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
