Westdale Asset Management in Houston's Museum District is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 270-unit property. The role combines leasing duties with numbers-driven tasks, including resident relations and reporting.

The position requires flexibility to perform Leasing Consultant duties as needed. The ideal candidate has at least one year in on-site property management, strong bookkeeping and organizational skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi.

• Experience as Assistant Community Manager in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
