Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily experience or related setting such as hotel/retail/restaurant
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and motivate leasing consultants
• Lease apartment homes and educate residents and prospects on community information
• Address and resolve customer service concerns professionally
• Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue and improve customer experience
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers
• Conduct market surveys to stay informed on conditions
• Plan and execute resident activities to foster community connections
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and Vivmark policies
