Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Birmingham, AL to support leasing, operations, and team supervision. You’ll handle rent payments, invoices and resident documentation while assisting with retention efforts and planned events.

We value strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws as you help maintain high property standards and serve residents and peers alike.
