Job summary

Associa Sierra North in Reno, NV is seeking a Manager in Training to support Community Managers with homeowner communication, meetings, and documentation while learning budgeting and reporting basics. This paid program prepares you for a licensed Community Manager role with strong mentorship and progression.

You will develop core skills in customer service, administration, and property management while advancing toward license attainment and future leadership opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer service, administration, hospitality, property management, OR similar field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in long-term career growth.
• Professional, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Managers with homeowner communication and service requests
• Assist with HOA meeting coordination, board packets, and documentation
• Learn financial basics (budgets, invoices, reporting)
• Build relationships with HOA boards, residents and vendors
• Assist Community Manager with ARB (Architectural Review Board) application processing and perform on-site community inspections as necessary
• Gradually take on a small portfolio as you progress
• Other duties as assigned
