Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Ridgewood Manor and Grantville Commons communities located in Manheim, PA and Grantville, PA.

This role performs administrative duties under supervision of a Community Manager and supports resident relations, data entry, and sales activities. The position requires at least 1 year of general office experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general office experience required.
• 1 year sales experience preferred, occasionally required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a polite, professional demeanor.
• Answer community office telephone calls promptly and professionally, provide requested information.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents.
• Assist the Community Manager in entering data into the management software program.
• Assist the Community Manager in completing guest cards and entering lead information in the Link System.
• Maintain all community office files according to policy.
• Inventory, order and verify receipt of office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
• Document conversations to build a book of business for property management.
• Work with Community Manager in new and used home sales and present homes to residents as needed.
