S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Paladin Village community in Greenville, NC.

The role focuses on property leasing activities, rent processing, and on-site supervision when the Community Manager is away. The company emphasizes a long-standing record in the multifamily real estate sector and community engagement. Ideal candidates will bring supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License if operating a vehicle.
• Experience in customer service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing tasks: show property, prepare lease packets, run credit reports, inspect after move-outs and before move-ins.
• Assist in leasing to achieve quality residency and maintain resident retention.
• Handle deposits and rent postings; respond to resident and public inquiries.
• Coordinate payroll with Payroll Department; liaise with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Track traffic through the property and supervise on-site staff in Community Manager’s absence.
