Job summary

Havenpark Communities in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help run a growing portfolio of manufactured home communities. You’ll handle resident relations, collections, leasing support, and work orders, reporting to the Community Manager and facilitating a smooth operation.

The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, strong communication, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents, teammates and leadership.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without being asked twice.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with a desire to grow.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations: be a visible, approachable presence and address concerns with care.
• Collections: prepare resident bills, ensure on-time rent collection, and handle notices per state law.
• Sales & Leasing Support: assist with move-ins, renewals, and document preparation.
• Work Order Management: oversee requests and communicate status to residents and operations.
