Job summary

Havenpark Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations across resident relations, leasing, collections, and work orders. You will collaborate with the Community Manager and serve as the first point of contact for residents, helping maintain a welcoming, well-run neighborhood.

This role requires at least 1 year of property management experience, strong communication, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, approachable presence in the community and a point of contact for residents.
• Address resident concerns with care and urgency, escalating when needed to the Community Manager.
• Plan and execute community events to foster belonging among residents.
• Oversee work order process and ensure maintenance requests are resolved promptly with status updates to residents.
