The Franklin Group is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for Weinberg Village in Baltimore, MD. You will support the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, lease activity, and resident relations at the property.

Responsibilities include leasing, reporting, scheduling, and implementing a resident retention program while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies. The role requires professionalism and strong customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in daily operations of the community.
• Lease to qualified prospects and assist with lease renewals.
• Manage office staff, scheduling, and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure a professional appearance and courteous service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing standards and company policies.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives and event planning.
