Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in the financial administration of the community and leasing operations. You will post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions.

This role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic team and requires strong customer service and organizational skills. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager to monitor performance, conduct market surveys, and implement pricing

Qualifications

Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills are required.
Customer service excellence and teamwork are essential for success in a community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Support Leasing Consultants in leasing of apartments and lease management as needed.
Post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community.
Meet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance.
Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
Maintain and update resident lease files and reports.
Process notices to vacate and manage delinquency and evictions as necessary.
Field resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with the leadership team.
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
