Job summary

Shea Apartments, a leading property management company, seeks an energetic Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations and foster a positive living environment for residents.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure residents feel welcome, valued, and connected while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records. This role offers opportunities for growth through coaching and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years property management experience at management level is preferred.
• Proven customer service or property management experience.
• Excellent communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations and property management tasks.
• Resolve resident inquiries, including escalated situations, with solid problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate and plan community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and service requests.
• Assist in implementing resident retention strategies and programs.
• Support in executing marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
