You will support daily operations, rent collection, marketing of vacant units, and a variety of administrative duties to ensure a well-run community.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Word and Excel, with company-paid support to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management (Project Based Section 8, LIHTC Tax Credit Compliance, NSPIRE, Tax Credit Lease-Up)
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Marketing and closing skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)

• Assist in the overall operations of the apartment community
• Handle rent collection and marketing of vacant units
