KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager for our Indianapolis, IN property. The role focuses on operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and team leadership to drive occupancy and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will leverage budgeting know-how and strong customer service to manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while coordinating staff efforts and community marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an apartment community or similar property portfolio.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; ability to learn CMS/ leasing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community.
• Handle resident concerns and lease administration.
• Coordinate rent collection and financial reporting.
• Market the community to attract new residents.
• Lead and develop site staff to deliver service excellence.

KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Indianapolis, INwho is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

What we are looking for:

• Property management experience (Project Based Section 8, LIHTC Tax Credit Compliance, NSPIRE, MOR, Budgets, Tax Credit Lease-Up & Rehab Construction)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Budgeting experience
• Customer service mindset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
