Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1 year of property management or customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and RealPage software.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedules income verification appointments, prepares lease agreements, and maintains wait lists.
• Supports in re-certifications, MOR, and TCAC reviews.
• Issues notices, schedules vacancies, and monitors turnover forms.
• Collects rents, logs petty cash, and prepares bank deposits.
• Inspects property and coordinates maintenance inspections with staff.
• Maintains resident and property files with confidentiality.
• Communicates emergency procedures to residents and coordinates meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
