Responsibilities

• Maintain resident files according to Compliance and Property Management policies.
• Assist in marketing vacancies and maintain waiting lists.
• Process housing applications per affordable housing covenants.
• Post payments in Yardi and assist with month-end reports.
• Maintain office and maintenance supply orders within budget.
• Work with maintenance to ensure vacancy turn times and occupancy targets.
