Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 170-unit apartment community in Smyrna, Georgia. The role oversees leasing, resident relations, and property reporting, with a focus on accurate bookkeeping and strong customer service.

The position requires at least three years in on-site property management and two years in a similar assistant role. The team provides benefits, with hours Monday through Saturday and a GA driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in on-site property management.
• Two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.

Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Saturday hours vary based on property needs.
Required License or Certification:Valid GA Driver’s License
