About the Company

TrueDoor Property Management is looking for an Assistant Community Manager. We are seeking the right person to join our property management team. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. Must have your own car, vehicle insurance, and a good driving record. A Real Estate License is preferred but not required; if you do not have one, you will need to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment. Spanish speaking skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of new clients and properties into our property management software.
  • Marketing vacancies using Matterport 360 tours, photos, social media, and content creation.
  • Assist Senior Property Manager with applications, review applications, gather tenant documents, and screen applicants.
  • Assist with move-ins, verify payments, set expectations with tenants, issue keys, etc.
  • Provide general customer service, communicate with tenants and property owners, and help resolve issues such as HOA violations and delinquent rent.
  • Coordinate lease renewals between property owners and tenants.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, review requests, approve work, notify owners, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Assist with move-outs, set expectations regarding security deposits and procedures, and perform pre-move-out and move-out evaluations.

Preferred Skills

We value a detail-oriented individual who works well under pressure and provides high-level customer service. Effective communication, self-motivation, fast typing, and Spanish language skills are advantageous. Experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus. Join our team!

Pay range and compensation package

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
