Description
The Assistant Community (Property) Manager supports the Community Manager in managing the apartment community, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure a positive work environment and quality community living. The role involves overseeing daily leasing office operations, managing all computer input related to the community, supervising leasing staff, and collaborating with the Community Manager on marketing and leasing strategies. The pay range for this position is $20.69 - $25.00/hour, with eligibility for sales bonuses, the Club Shea Program, and an annual discretionary bonus. Work Environment
The role is on-site at an apartment community, involving interaction with residents, vendors, and staff. Working hours typically range from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with some weekend work depending on occupancy needs. Flexibility and availability are required.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; ability to drive and travel 10-25% as needed.
