Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Fort Lauderdale seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support property operations, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure financial accuracy. This role advances leasing and marketing experience within multifamily property management.

You will perform rent collection, invoicing, and reporting, while mentoring the leasing team and upholding fair housing compliance. A strong customer service mindset and proficiency in Yardi are essential.
