Job summary

Fairfield is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Denver to support property operations, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure financial accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with leasing and marketing experience looking to advance in property management.

You will work with the leasing team, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws while handling rent processing, invoicing, and financial reporting using Yardi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1 year of residential leasing or property management experience.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PM software.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Post rent, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
• Perform bank deposits and account reconciliations.
• Use Yardi for property accounting.
• Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction.

About the Role

As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting property operations, driving resident satisfaction, and ensuring financial accuracy. This position is ideal for someone ready to take their leasing and marketing experience to the next level in property management.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license is required
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required
• Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong math and accounting skills
• Understanding of financial statements (budget, financial reports, accounting information, etc.)
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Estimated Rate of Pay :

$23.49 - $30.54 This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
