Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Denver, CO. You will support property operations, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure financial accuracy. This role builds on leasing and marketing experience for a career in property management.

You will collect rent, post invoices, and assist with financial reporting while mentoring the leasing team and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience.
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

About the Role

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required
• Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong math and accounting skills
• Understanding of financial statements (budget, financial reports, accounting information, etc.)
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays

Estimated Rate of Pay

Estimated Rate of Pay: $23.49 - $30.54. This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
