Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Shreveport, LA property. The role supports leasing activities and can perform leasing duties as needed, with attention to financials and resident relations.

The position offers growth in multi-family housing and requires the ability to handle numbers alongside customer service. The ideal candidate has on-site property management experience, strong bookkeeping skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi.

Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

• Must be able to work one Saturdaya month, with an alternative day off during the week

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid LA Driver’s License
