Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a property in Atlanta, GA. You will support day-to-day multifamily operations, build strong resident relationships, and assist with rent collections and leasing activities.

You will work closely with the community team to maintain occupancy goals, manage paperwork, and help drive financial performance while developing leadership skills for future growth.

Qualifications

  • Prior property management, leasing, or assistant manager experience preferred.
  • Strong resident relations and customer service skills.
  • Experience with rent collections and lease administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily community.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, payments, and communications.
  • Support leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts.
  • Process resident paperwork, reports, deposits, and admin tasks accurately.
  • Maintain resident files and ensure policy compliance.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and occupancy goals.
  • Help oversee operations and step into a leadership role when the Community Manager is unavailable.

Lion Real Estate Group is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at one of our properties in Atlanta, GA. What You'll Do:
  • Support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community
  • Build strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with rent collections, delinquency management, payment plans, and resident communications
  • Support leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts
  • Process resident paperwork, reports, deposits, and administrative tasks accurately and timely
  • Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and occupancy goals
  • Help oversee community operations and step into a leadership role when the Community Manager is unavailable

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous property management, leasing, or assistant manager experience preferred
  • Strong resident relations and customer service skills
  • Experience with collections, delinquency management, and lease administration
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the multifamily industry
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
