You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, grow the business, and ensure compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Strong leadership, communication, and a customer-focused mindset are essential; weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with business courses.

• Sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
