Madison Reed Hair Color Bar seeks an Assistant Colorist to support Licensed Colorists and the Shift Lead, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure while you learn services and work toward future promotion.

Compensation includes base hourly pay plus commissions and tips, with potential earnings of $28.50–$30.50 per hour depending on performance and time behind the chair.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail; salon/beauty preferred.
• Strong communication and problem solving in fast paced retail.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed colorists with guest experience and services.
• Support shampooing, conditioning, styling, and toners.
• Help drive sales of memberships and products.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and shop standards.
• Learn color theory and training for future promotion.
