Qualifications

• Coaching experience in the specific sport and at the high school level.
• Proven ability to mentor student-athletes and support their growth.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality in school matters.
• Ability to relate well with high school athletes and communicate effectively with parents and other coaches.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Valor’s values and beliefs as found in the school documents.
• Provide team support, planning, film analysis, and game-planning
• Assist with scouting of opponents and development of game plans.
• Partner with parents and community to support athlete development and college recruiting.
