Responsibilities

• Instructs and teaches athletes in fundamentals of synchronized swimming and coaches technique.
• Assists in selection of team members and recruiting activities in compliance with NCAA and university rules.
• Coordinates administrative aspects of the program including scheduling, travel, and equipment in collaboration with the head coach.
• Monitors student-athlete academic progress and liaises with academic support services.
