10 Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold the member experience, lead staff, and maintain a clean, safe club. You will work with the General Manager on staffing, policy communication, and ensuring friendly service.

Responsibilities include daily staffing, coaching, payroll/timekeeping, inventory control, coordinating Group Exercise, promoting memberships, and upholding company policies. Requires 6-12 months sales/customer service and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months experience in sales or customer service.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilités

• Lead staff and coordinate with GM on staffing, payroll, and policy updates.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety, and signage; ensure excellent member experience.
